Appliance installation technician

Barlow, a well-established, family owned and operated, GE Contracted, Appliance Delivery and Installation Company and we are currently hiring Delivery/Installation Teams (we deliver and install all throughout the valley so knowledge of the valley is a plus), we have multiple divisions and positions available.

Our Teams take pride in providing the best experience possible; this includes demonstrating a high level of caution and care while in a customer?s home and when dealing with appliances, this will ensure a low rate of property and equipment damage. Our Teams must also provide unparalleled customer service at all times, be high energy, friendly, and physically fit.

Paid Training

Responsibilities include:

Loading and Unloading Delivery Trucks
Matching tickets and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed daily
Accountable for returning all haul away materials including packaging materials (i.e. cardboard, old appliances, etc.)
Provide GREAT customer service at all times
Follow instructions as given by dispatch and/or management
Ability to move and lift major household appliances + multiple times throughout the day
Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports
Other tasks as requested

Requirements:

Responsible, Dependable, and the ability to use discretion
Must have a valid, unexpired AZ Driver’s License
Must provide own equipment/tools, including cordless drill
Must have basic knowledge and experience working safely with hand tools
Must wear steel toed shoes or boots, no exceptions
Must be able to pass a background check **No Felonies, Shoplifting, or assault charges**
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, Drivers only must pass both drug screen & DOT medical exam
