Is able to collect on past due accounts
Is very comfortable on the phone, as they will make outbound collections calls and take incoming calls in a high volume metrics-driven environment
Are able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with the customer
Possesses a competitive and strong winning attitude, demonstrates resiliency, and extreme adaptability in a fast paced environment
Possesses excellent negotiation and decision making skills; in addition to strong communication skills
Possesses strong customer focus with the ability to conduct detailed discussions with our customers
