Route Driver Customer Service Rep *PROSHRED Security - Tempe, AZ* Business is booming!!! Looking to immediately add Customer Service Professionals with CDL-B Drivers license for one of the fastest growing green shredding companies in Phoenix!

Job Mission To offer customers the most secure document shredding experience. Due to recent growth PROSHRED Security is hiring.

Job Responsibilities 1) Provide on time service to all accounts on daily service route 2) Shred all customer documents in a secure manner as per company policy and procedure 3) Adhere to PROSHRED® and ISO policies and procedures 4) Strictly maintain all company procedures for proper image and attire and decorum both inside and out of the customers facilities 5) Deal with customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner 6) Deliver and install new containers in customer facilities as required 7) Communicate with Sales Office Coordinator (SOC) on a regular basis to report daily progress 8) Participate in monthly meetings and updates

Ideal candidate for this role should have: 1) CDL "B" with airbrake endorsement 2) Clean Driving Record 3) Positive attitude, high energy level, self-motivated and flexible 4) Ability to work early morning hours and some Saturday's 5) Good knowledge of roads and routes in the market area 6) Desire to protect truck and company assets as if they were his/her own. 6) Takes pride in their results, including the neatness of their uniform and assigned vehicle 7) Able to lift at least 100 lbs
