We are looking for reliable, mature individuals to work with our clients in the Scottsdale and East Valley area.

We're a local, family-owned, boutique-style caregiving company that provides both hourly and live-in caregiving services to clients in their homes. We're NOT just another home care agency. We are the premier provider of in-home caregiving services in Maricopa County.

Our Caregivers are trained in our proprietary Balanced Care Method, encouraging exercise, mental stimulation and socialization – activities that enhance quality of life for our clients and that are based on scientific studies of the oldest and happiest people on earth -- in Okinawa, Japan.

Our Caregivers are also trained in the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, our proprietary activity-based cognitive intervention program, designed to delay the onset of new symptoms and the progression of existing symptoms in individuals with mild to moderate dementia. We offer Health Insurance - after a waiting period

Qualifications include:

Prefer candidates with a CNA, Certified Caregiver, MA, or other healthcare credential
Prefer candidates with at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Clear, understandable English is mandatory
CPR/First Aid
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Current TB
Fingerprint clearance (preferred)
Compassion for our senior and disabled clients
Great attitude a must!
3 professional references including telephone numbers

From our Caregivers to our Client Care Managers to our management and owners-providing safety in the home is our #1 priority. We pay to have a 24/7 nurse triage program-our caregivers call the number 24/7, immediately after an injury, and have access to a nurse that can assess the injury right away and develop the right medical plan to ensure the right treatment and a quick recovery.
