Job Responsibilities and Qualifications 

• Answer incoming calls for GC Clients –  An American Energy or Technology Company

• Provide accurate information about client products and services

• Must be able to work a varying schedule 5am to 6pm or 5am to 10pm

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
