Our really successful and talented Client Care Representatives are able to do the following task’s blind-folded (I did say they were talented)

·       Build strong relationships driven by extraordinary service and understanding of our client’s needs.

·       Be incredibly accurate when entering orders and partner information into our multiple client service-based system

·       Thrive in our high–volume call center. Remaining calm and effective in high pressure situations.

·       Research and respond to client’s requests and ensure challenges are resolved quickly. Following up on calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

·       Regularly attend training and engagement opportunities to increase your contributions to our environment

·       Exhibit a strong sense of Teamwork and Cooperation and support one another’s growth and development
