Dishwashers

Assure all small wares for rental and daily kitchen use are at all times clean and ready for reuse.
Communicate concerns and observations to the Head Steward and or Warehouse Manager concerning all equipment and product pertaining to the dish area IE: detergents, dish machine functions, janitorial tools.
Follow a three time weekly cleaning schedule for the guest and employee restrooms, office, tasting rooms and office windows as directed by the Head Steward.
