Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Customer Service experience in ANY industry face to face or over the phone.  This company will train you on becoming a one call resolution agent that can handle all types of calls.  Imagine as a customer not having to be transferred throughout an organization multiple times. This is a high frustration for consumers that our call center eliminates.
  • Great computer skills and ability to learn how to handle the 3 different types of calls:
    • Sales (Soft Inbound Calls, just calling to sign up for the service)
    • Technical Support (Trouble shooting mobile devices)
    • Customer Service (Add a line or Cancel an account, billing issues or service issues)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year prior experience in customer service related roles (retail and a hospitality experienced encouraged to apply)
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications set (candidate must be able to work in multiple screens pulling information, documenting the call, and performing research while speaking to the customer)
  • Knowledge of computer, telephone systems and multiple social media devices
  • Ability to operate computer and telephone systems while seated for extended periods of time
  • Skill in speaking with a pleasant voice, retaining composure, and building rapport among peers and customers
  • Basic understanding of mobile phones and mobile industry is a bonus but not required

Accepting candidates for June 8th tour with a training schedule of:

 

 Monday -Friday 7am-3:45pm for 30 days, once training completes your schedule will be within the hours of operations: 4:45am-9:15pm 7 days a week.
