Inside Sales Representative

Ardham Technologies (http://www.ardham.com/ )is a New Mexico company based in Albuquerque and have been in business since 2003. We currently employ between 15-20 employees are a fun and innovative company. We provide outsourced IT services to schools, state/local government, and business of all sizes.

Typical daily activities for the ISR include:
• Discussing projects, products and solutions with clients
• Generating and presenting price quotes
• Coordinating with teammates (OSRs, Engineers, Project Management)
• Interfacing with vendors
• Building relationships with new and existing clients

Other responsibilities of the ISR:
• Creating quotes and sales orders
• Remaining in contact with the OSRs and attending team meetings
• Managing the progression and details of sales opportunities in the territory
• Teaming with their OSR and/or outside business partners to progress opportunities to closure
• Maintaining contact with clients and identifying new opportunities via phone and email
• Ensuring data is up to date and accurate in various internal systems
• Interfacing with vendors and manufacturers for assistance with pricing and product information
• Passing sales certifications tests such as those for Cisco and Microsoft, when necessary
• Calling clients and prospects with event invitations, for "check ins", and for business development
