Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Kemper Services Group has an immediate need for a Customer Service/FNOL Representative. This position will be full time taking inbound calls.

As a First Notice of Loss Representative (FNOL), you are part of the Kemper auto claims team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our customers who have experienced a recent insurance loss.

The FNOL Representatives are Kemper’s first line contact with our customers. You will answer inbound calls from policyholders and claimants and accurately input all necessary information into the FNOL application to complete a First Notice of Loss Report. You will assist customers in a professional and courteous manner and input all overnight claim reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Our office is located on N 28th Avenue in North Phoenix just off Interstate 17 and Bell Road

Position Qualifications:

• We have full time and part time positions available
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
• 2 + years Customer Service or call center experience.
• Microsoft Suite knowledge essential
