Who We Are and What We Are Looking For…

We are the Partner Development team.  Our team consists of Partner Sales and Training, Trusted Advisor Development, and Business Development. We recruit, train, and assist companies and individuals that have partnered with us to be resellers or service providers of Infusionsoft.  The Channel Partner Consultant we need will be a true advocate for Infusionsoft AND our potential partners in that they will assess situations and make strategic recommendations based off of what is best for all parties involved. They will work with the Manager of Partner Recruitment to bring on new partners that will help grow sales of Infusionsoft and improve customer satisfaction of our software.

What Will Our Channel Partner Consultant Look Like?

Who you are:

  • Positive and upbeat
  • Able to easily connect to and are passionate about helping small business owners
  • Results oriented with an excitement for stretching to reach your goals

  • Excited about identifying new ways to bring in new Partners
  • Genuinely excited about being part of a team that has much room to grow and develop

Who you are not:

  • Most at ease with task based work
  • Satisfied with status quo
  • Uncomfortable with ambiguity and change

Daily Deeds

  • Reach out to new prospective partners and identify intents/interest – generally 5-10 new leads a day
  • Schedule 20-30 minute phone calls with prospects to do a proper needs assessment
  • Connect potential partners with program that has best mutual benefit for partner and Infusionsoft
  • Ensure that prospects that have committed to a partner program fill out correct paperwork and pay course fees
  • Work with Manager of Partner Recruitment on identifying ways to reach other segments of prospective partners

Gotta Have…

  • 5+ years in consultative and sales based positions.
  • Bachelor Degree in business related field
  • Experience with and a passion for Small Business
  • Able to connect with different types of personalities and backgrounds
  • Results oriented and able to see the big picture
  • An “owner mentality”- you will find innovative and creative ways to achieve recruitment goals
  • Comfortable having open and real conversations with prospects and with our team
  • Need to be able to navigate within an acceptable degree of ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a book of clients and progress them through bottom of funnel activities

Ideally, You Will Possess…

  • Experience in partner recruitment or with channel partner programs
  • Experience working with VAR’s, Marketing Agencies, Web Developers, or Small Business Consultants
  • Experience working in a SaaS model
  • Marketing, Business Development and Sales background
