Communicate concerns and observations to the Head Steward and or Warehouse Manager concerning all equipment and product pertaining to the dish area IE: detergents, dish machine functions, janitorial tools.
Follow a three time weekly cleaning schedule for the guest and employee restrooms, office, tasting rooms and office windows as directed by the Head Steward.
