Houzz is looking for talented Sales Account Managers to join our team in Phoenix. As an Account Manager- Client Services, you will manage 200+ Houzz Professionals from across the U.S and Canada.  Each is part of an annual advertising program.  Your job is to maintain an ongoing relationship, optimize their profile and program with creative improvements, up-sell them on additional services, and manage their renewal for another year. You need to be comfortable promoting and defending the benefits of a creative and directional advertising program.
 
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team-oriented environment.

Compensation for the Account Manager role is a mixture of base salary and commission.  We provide an excellent benefits package and believe in a healthy work/life balance for our employees.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with every account assigned to you
  • Prepare, plan and execute annual renewal calls
  • Up-sell clients on additional products throughout the year
  • Achieve renewal and up-sell objectives
  • Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture
Desired Skills and Experiences:
  • Previous experience in a subscription-oriented Account Management role
  • 2+ years of sales account management experience
  • Internet Digital/Advertising background
  • High achievement in previous roles
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent references from managers to whom you have reported to
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (example: Salesforce.com)
