Houzz is expanding its national sales center to Phoenix. We are looking for Sales Account Executives to join our team. Two years of experience in an inside sales role is preferred.
 
As one of four centers across the US, this is a ground floor opportunity to join a team that will grow into a major sales center. As an Account Executive, you will prospect and close home remodeling and design professionals across the U.S and Canada on our Pro Plus annual advertising program. This is an inside sales role and we utilize state of the art prospecting, presenting and account management tools. In this position, you will be presenting and selling the benefits of advertising with Houzz.

Compensation for the Account Executive role is a mixture of base salary and commission.  We provide an excellent benefits package and believe in a healthy work/life balance for our employees.

Requirements
  • Sales or Account Management experience
  • Internet/digital background
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent references from Managers to whom you have reported to
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (example: Salesforce.com)
  • Verifiable track record of success
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • High achievement in college a big plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Successful experience in the business to business sector
  • Internet related experience
  • Sales of intangibles, i.e. advertising, financial services
  • Comfortable presenting over the phone using state of the art tools
