We are looking for a new addition to our Clever Investor family! We have a position open for an experienced support specialist.

We are looking for someone who will be with us for several years (at least!) as we grow and continue to get bigger. The ideal candidate would possess the following traits and skills;

Problem Solver

Strong Telephone Skills are a must
Strong computer skills, Google and Microsoft Office, Infusionsoft experience is a HUGE plus but not mandatory
Personal assistant experience a big plus
Must be extremely organized personally and professionally

The roles and duties for this position include but are not limited to the following;

Calendar Management
Telephone Support
Email/Ticket Support
Monitor student satisfaction and coordinate problem resolution and escalation
Track and document all interactions with students for reporting purposes
Help create service layers to continuously improve the student experience
