  Support calls from customers around the country that need assistance with troubleshooting their electronic devices such as mp3 players, tablets, and smartphones in a MAC based environment. You will provide an awesome customer experience on every call.

  Provide technical support via telephone and other electronic mediums for our client's product line.
  Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer frustrations and provide first call resolution.
  Identify the level of technical knowledge of the customer and adjust technical communications appropriately to solve customer problems.
  Achieve and maintain to a performance standard. Including but not limited to; customer satisfaction, average handle time, and call quality while providing the ultimate experience.
  Exercise multitasking abilities with multiple computer based applications while meeting performance standards.
  Research knowledge based systems to broaden product knowledge and better assist our customers.
  

Skills / Requirements

• A candidate we'll admire:
  Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
  Basic knowledge of computer operating systems. Including but not limited to one or more of the following; Mac OS, Windows 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP, UNIX, and Linux.
  Ability to work in a time critical environment.
  Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  Ability to employ patience and self-control in handling irate customers.
  Navigates a computer running Windows and/or Mac OS and fixes problems that arise.
  Ability to sit at a computer keyboard, monitor and use a telephone headset for extended periods of time.
  May be required to work unconventional hours or shifts, weekends, holidays, 2nd shift, or early mornings.
  High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year related experience.
  Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
