Our Career Recruiting Directors are given the responsibility of helping those business owners/recruiters get results and find quality talent for their needs.
You will be given specific industries to focus on, and your responsibilities will be to pro-actively find small business owners who are struggling with recruiting. As a Recruiting Director, you will be giving advice and coaching them through this recruiting challenge they face.

Skills / Requirements
A candidate for this position will have a solid set of skills in the following areas:
-BA/BS Degree or min of 4 years of customer service or sales experience.

Salary / Benefits
We pay a base hourly wage plus bonus. Our goal is to have you making near $15 per hour or more. This is easily achieved based on a positive attitude and good work ethic.
