• The Besse Agency is seeking fun loving hungry motivated salespeople to join a rocking insurance agency as a Sales and Marketing Representative; you career will be networking and build relationships that will turn into leads and sales with many referrals for additional sales on a daily basis.
  
  Today's current insurance market is an extremely competitive environment with an evolving customer who has many options to buy their insurance either through the phone, online or in person with an agent they trust. The main focus of this position is to become a trusted adviser for each new prospect and build the rapport necessary to turn them into a client for life. The Besse Agency's focus for each client regardless of account size is to properly insure all their risk so that a bad day doesn't become a ruined life.
  

Skills / Requirements

• The Besse Agency has been in business since 2006 and is constantly evolving to stay with the times. Each of our staff members understands the number of choices each client has for their insurance so each of our team members must know how to think on their toes, problem solve issues inside or outside of the box at any moment.
  The job focus will be networking and relationship building so a clean driving record and people skills are a must. Part of the career will be inside sales as well so a "fear" of the phone mentality is not allowed inside our doors. Internet navigation and Microsoft Office experience is a must.
  
  We have been growing each year since 2006 and a dedication to team building and client growth is the #1 focus at The Besse Agency...all applicants must show an interest in growing the agency on a whole rather than growing their income individually.

Salary / Benefits

• Salary is based on experience and drive.
  
  Typical compensation is Commission plus bonus but during the initial training and probationary period a salary will be provided plus commission.
  
  Rockstar performance in the first year could bring up to $70,000.
