Summary: Supervise the Data and Document Control Staff responsible for driver settlement payroll, cod processing, claims processing and other data entry functions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Day to Day supervision of up to 30 staff members
Complete audits of staff performance for all job duties.
Maintain accurate performance reports for subordinates and follow up as needed.
Provide corrective action when needed.
Complete of performance evaluations of all staff in a timely manner.
Handle escalated request for resolution from staff.
Provide position coverage for all job tasks completed by assigned staff as required due to time off, open positions and heavy work flow as needed.
Create, compile, maintain and publish statistic/data reports to be used by other members of the organization.
Provide new hire and recurrent training as needed for staff.
Communicate with other departments and contractors via phones, e-mail and FasTrac in a clear, concise and professional manner to resolve pending issues.
Submit requests via e-mail for information to other departments within the organization.
Participate in auditing Department tasks/functions to identify process improvement opportunities and submit results to department Manager for review.
Participate in department leadership meetings and/or conference calls on a regular basis.
Complete department special projects as assigned by the department Manager.
Performs any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.

The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
The ability to prioritize, maintain flexibility and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.
Tolerance for stress.
Minimum one year of previous supervisory, or management, experience.
