Job Description
OnTrac’s Customer Care Center located in Chandler, AZ is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Customer Care Advocates
- Special Accounts Group Advocates (Major Account Monitoring)
Successful candidates will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls tracking packages and shipment updates.
- Schedule parcel pickups and respond to general information inquiries.
- Enjoy working in a professional, casual, team based environment with extensive customer contact!
- Work a full time set schedule with hours ranging from 6:00AM to Midnight Monday through Saturday, 4:00PM to Midnight on Sundays.
Skills & Responsibilities
Our ideal Customer Care Advocate and Special Accounts Group Advocate candidates will:
- Multi-task between numerous applications in a windows based environment
- Have solid Judgment and willingness to escalate issues quickly and efficiently
- Have effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to complete various tasks
- Have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with many types of people
- Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
- have a knowledge of personal computers in a window based environment, with skills in all Microsoft Office software
- Be an Analytical thinker who can make fast decisions and adapt to changes while remaining focused on customer, team and Company goals
- Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed timely
- Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
- Be able to attend a 4-week training session Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:30 PM; subject to change based on business needs
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
12-24 months of customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
Salary Details
Salary / Benefits:
- Starting pay for Full Time open Customer Care and Special Accounts position(s) range from $13.00/hr to $15.00/hr.
