OnTrac is holding a Hiring Event on Thursday, May 21, 2015, between the hours of 9AM and 2PM. Take advantage of the opportunity to test, immediately interview, and on-the-spot hiring, for the following full- and part-time positions:

  • Customer Care Advocates
  • Special Account Reps.

Skills & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • 12 months of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
  • Multi-task between numerous applications in a Windows based environment
  • Solid judgment and willingness to escalate issues quickly and efficiently
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to complete various tasks
  • Ability to communicate and interface effectively with many types of people
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
  • A knowledge of personal computers in a window based environment, with skills in all Microsoft Office software
  • Analytical thinker who can make fast decisions and adapt to changes while remaining focused on customer, team and Company goals
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed timely
  • Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
  • Successfully pass a basic skills test and alpha-numeric keystroke test
  • Be able to attend a 4 week training session Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:30 PM
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen


Successful candidates will:

Handle inbound and outbound calls tracking packages and shipment updates.

  • Schedule parcel pickups and respond to general information inquiries.
  • Enjoy working in a professional, casual, team based environment with extensive customer contact!
  • Work a full time set schedule with hours ranging from 6AM to Midnight Monday through Saturday, 4PM to Midnight on Sundays.

Salary Details

Starting pay for Full Time open Customer Care Advocates and Special Account Reps is $13.00/hr to $15.00/hr.
