Job Description

• Able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers
• Take incoming sales calls for pest control or termite inspections
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Outbound calling to current clients for termite inspections
• Good use of customer relations management (CRM)
• Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service to each customer
• Document all work performed and provide information to service/office manager each day
• Proactively address all customer questions and concerns
• Be prepared to address questions regarding our superior service and close sales
• Support office staff by communicating effectively with each customer and documenting account changes

Skills & Responsibilities

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Agree to and pass a pre-employment background and drug test and ongoing random drug tests
• A valid driver’s license that is not currently suspended or revoked and no more than 1 traffic violation within the last year
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be a responsible, self-starter able to work well independently
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Be able to lift upto 50 lbs
