What You Possess…

5+ years of experience in Marketing experience executing successful integrated marketing programs including email, online advertising, direct response advertising, social and event marketing
Experience concepting, developing and executing promotions such as price discounts, sweepstakes, premiums and free offers
Experience developing and executing marketing tactics that effectively generate demand and attendance for online and offline events
Experience with email marketing software and building email campaigns within the software
Experience managing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns including online channels, email and in event marketing.
Knowledge, skills and experience with campaign tracking and reporting, including key performance indicators for email, online, and print channels
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to develop targeted and effective content
Project management skills including resource and production scheduling and coordination for complex promotional plans such as cross-function team coordination, external resources management, creative and production coordination
Analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Collaborative attitude and cross-functional communication skills

Ideally, What You Possess...

Experience with copywriting for B2B communications
Involvement working in or with small businesses
Familiarity with Marketo

How You’ll Help Us Innovate and Constantly Improve:

Support the Customer Marketing team in the planning and execution of sales-driving integrated marketing campaigns, primarily email, online and event, to drive awareness and demand for value-added services, products and events that help our customers be more successful
Collaborate closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and team in campaign execution including developing and managing promotional plans and schedules, resource planning and coordination, developing creative briefs and instructions for campaign targeting, review/approval of final creative, and messaging
Track, analyze and report on Customer Marketing initiatives to apply learnings for continuous improvement and optimization
Follow industry trends to understand competitors' actions and performance
