Position:
Outbound Sales Representative - Call center

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Representatives will handle outbound calls from warm leads
Provide a quality experience for all clients by helping to reshape/redefine the future of our clients’ credit reports
Help analyze clients’ credit reports and provide solutions for their problems
Help engage clients and motivate them to fix their credit to accomplish their personal goals
Help determine appropriate actions/steps for clients’ credit report problems

Skills & Responsibilities

Computer proficient
Prefer at least 1-2 years of inside sales experience in a call center
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
Must pass a background check and drug screen
