What are the responsibilities of a Membership Account Manager?

Upgrade, up-sell, or renew existing memberships to current members through outbound calls and inbound referrals.
Make welcome calls and offer membership upgrades to brand new members.
Provide exceptional customer service
Be a strong CLOSER!

Skills & Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for the best of the best, the cream of the crop for our elite Membership Team!

At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
Previous track record of sales success
Able to set & attain high goals
Ability to work with Microsoft office, Dos based software, internet and member database.
High school diploma or equivalent
Motivation to be at work every day (and on time). You can't make money if you are not here!

This opportunity works in a call center environment and will be highly lucrative for the right individual.
