Job Description

First American Home Buyers Protection is hiring INBOUND and OUTBOUND Sales Professionals for our local call center located at I-17/101.

APPLY TODAY – TRAINING STARTS ON MONDAY, 11/3

INBOUND Renewals: Answer inbound calls from our current customers and clearly, accurately and professionally, take every opportunity to sell and upsell contract renewals and direct to consumer contracts. Competitive hourly pay with monthy performance bonus.

OUTBOUND RENEWALS: Make outbound calls to previous FAHBP customers; professionally and consistently answers questions and overcome objections taking every opportunity to sell or renew a contract.

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years telephone sales experience consistently meeting expectations
Excellent oral, written communications and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills (multi-tasking, prioritizing and follow-up)
Basic Math skills

Salary Details

Hourly rate + NO CAPP ON COMMISSION
