Marketing Automation Specialist

It takes a special kind of person to fully leverage all that Marketing Automation can do. We're looking for that special person - a true subject matter expert to join our world-class team as we continue our mission to help small businesses succeed.

You will work with our team of Marketing Automation experts to create impactful, beautiful, and effective marketing automation campaigns and solutions.

You will...

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand opportunities for Marketing Automation
• Develop Marketing Automation campaigns that coincide with our larger cross-channel marketing strategy
• Design campaign experiences that are intentional, scalable and differentiating
• Implement standardized, consistent and repeatable methods for performance tracking
• Document campaign strategies and Marketing Automation logic
• Work with internal content creators and outside vendors to implement campaign strategies
• Use data and ongoing testing to optimize and improve campaigns
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Marketing Automation best practices – both inside and outside of the company

Skills & Responsibilities

Must Haves…

• 2+ years of Marketo experience
• Demonstrated track record in creating campaigns that met or exceeded expectations
• Enthusiasm and ability to be both strategic and tactical as required
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Eager and open to grow in your career
• Deep love in your heart for small business and entrepreneurship

Ideally you possess...

• 3+ years of Marketo experience/Marketo certification
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services
