Job Description

  • Work in a cleanroom environment
  • Conduct daily pre and post processing clean decontamination
  • Set up CNC’s, installing vises, fixtures, collets; identifying zero and reference points; setting tool offsets; calculating requirements, including basic math and geometry; providing part programs.
  • Conceptual skills, verbal communication, functional and technical skills, controls and instrumentation, Supply management, tooling, coordination, inventory Control, Attention to detail, independent judgment
  • Process work orders utilizing SOP’s, blueprints, available material, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD & T)
  • First article inspection (caliper); maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting offsets, replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Maximize yields based on available material
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Documents actions by completing daily production and quality logs
  • Ability to work independently in a private spaced

Skills & Responsibilities

  • 2-5 years of technical/manual CNC Experience prefered
  • Computer skills: Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience working in a laboratory and/or clean room environment a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and record documentation skills.
