Job Description
- Work in a cleanroom environment
- Conduct daily pre and post processing clean decontamination
- Set up CNC’s, installing vises, fixtures, collets; identifying zero and reference points; setting tool offsets; calculating requirements, including basic math and geometry; providing part programs.
- Conceptual skills, verbal communication, functional and technical skills, controls and instrumentation, Supply management, tooling, coordination, inventory Control, Attention to detail, independent judgment
- Process work orders utilizing SOP’s, blueprints, available material, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD & T)
- First article inspection (caliper); maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting offsets, replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maximize yields based on available material
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Documents actions by completing daily production and quality logs
- Ability to work independently in a private spaced
Skills & Responsibilities
- 2-5 years of technical/manual CNC Experience prefered
- Computer skills: Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working in a laboratory and/or clean room environment a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and record documentation skills.
