Position: Inside Sales Representative
 
Responsibilities:

• Inside Sales Representatives will handle calls from multiple channels:
  • Outbound calls to warm leads
  • Inbound calls from clients directly  
  • Inbound calls from affiliate company transfers
• Provide a quality experience for all clients by helping to reshape/redefine the future of our clients’ credit reports
• Help analyze clients’ credit reports and provide solutions for their problems
• Help engage clients and motivate them to fix their credit to accomplish their personal goals
• Help determine appropriate actions/steps for clients’ credit report problems 

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualifications:
·         Computer proficient
·         High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
·         Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
·         Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
·         Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
·         Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
·         Must pass a background check and drug screen

Salary Details
