Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for our NORTH PHOENIX location.  As a Customer Service Representative you will be an advocate for consumers in the credit repair process.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls from new clients, pull their credit report and go over the negative items on the report with them so they can give us direction on what they would like our help with in getting removed.

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualifications:
If you truly want to be an advocate for our customers you will have:
•One year of customer experience in a call center, retail, mortgage or banking environment
•Strong computer navigating and multi-tasking skills required
•An "above and beyond" customer service attitude with a passion that matches
•Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
•Good communication skills both oral and written
•Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
•Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check
•High School Diploma or GED
