Outbound Call Center Representative

Job Description

This position is a Temp-to-Hire Outbound Sales Representative (OSR) job opportunity with a well established Financial Company in North Phoenix.

An OSR's primary duty is to make outbound calls to the leads that are distributed daily into their queues.  The calls are in an attempt to introduce our client's company and acquire enough information from the customer for the loan officer to immediately work up some preliminary numbers and provide a comparison quote.

Must be able to work the following schedule:

• Sunday:               OFF
• Monday:               OFF
• Tuesday:       11AM-8:30PM
• Wednesday:  11AM-8:30PM
• Thursday:       11AM-8:30PM
• Friday:              9AM-5PM
• Saturday:          9AM-2PM

Specific Position Functions Include:

• Make outbound phone calls introducing the company
• Collect necessary information to successfully complete a quality lead sheets
• Adhere to criteria sheet for submitting a quality lead
• Remain scripted and use proper rebuttals
• Develop a personal dialing plan to reach production requirements
• Maintain minimum production requirements
• Special projects as required by management

Skills & Responsibilities

BILINGUAL NEEDED!!! (Spanish/English Fluent) 

• Utmost Professionals with drive to achieve high commissions
• Comfortable making High Volume Outbound Calls
• Sales experience -OR- Collections experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of mortgage terminology
• Basic computer skills: i.e., e-mail, client management software, internet
• Ability to receive and respond to feedback and coaching
• Ability to adapt to changes easily
• Use of proper grammar and diction
• Great listening skills
• MUST be reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent telephone skills:
  • Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with customers

Salary Details

Payrate increases as follows:

1.  $10/hr - during 5-days of Training
2. $13/hr - Temporary Phase (At least 520 hours worked | Approx. 3 months)
3. Upon Conversion w/ Client:
   • $13/hr-$18/hr
