Our Phoenix, AZ office seeks an Interactive Designer to join its team. The candidate must be passionate about design and have 3-5 years experience.

Description
As Interactive Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team working with clients, project managers and other creative team members. Specifically you will:
- Render awesome designs (interactive, print, identity)
- Be required to learn and grow
- Be a great teammate
- Execute frontend and other production work
- Execute wireframes and other UX planning tasks
- Keep up with new trends and style

Requirements
- Have experience in creating effective interactive user flow
- Be comfortable (fearless) presenting creative ideas to clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to multi-task , work well under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & interpersonal)
- Must be highly organized and motivated, able to "hit the ground running"
- Must be comfortable with production work
